General Shipping Practices
  • Processing Time: Most orders take 1 to 3 business days to process before leaving the facility. Peak holiday seasons (November–December) may require additional time. 
  • Shipping Couriers: We use UPS for all shipping.  We offer expedite shipping options at checkout
  • Delays & Liability: Weather, mechanical issues, or high carrier volume can delay deliveries. Shipping charges are non-refundable if the delay is outside the courier's control.
